Serie A side Fiorentina are negotiating with Barcelona over a potential move for Vitor Roque this summer.
According to a report by Gianluca Di Marzio, Fiorentina are looking to add reinforcements to their pack to aid new manager Raffaele Palladino ahead of the new season. They are in contact with Barcelona for Vitor Roque, who seems to have fallen out of favour with the club since arriving last January.
The numbers surrounding the proposal and asking price are yet to come forward but Fiorentina will only be interested in a loan deal while The Blaugranas aim to sell the 19-year-old permanently this summer.
The Viola have asked for details regarding Juventus’ Moise Kean as they line up the Italian international as an alternative.
Roque failed to impress Xavi and the Barcelona board and he played only 12 Laliga games last season, starting only twice. He did not feature in the Champions League and got negligible game time in Copa Del Rey.
