Serie A giants Napoli seem quite close to landing Antonio Conte, who is expected to earn a huge wage from his stint at the Partenopei.
The move is now said to be in the final details and the some elements seem to be missing, but they are expected to be sorted out soon, with both parties in general agreement over the transfer.
Sky Italia (via CN24) report that the talks about the move are progressing quite quickly, even though it may take some days to conclude the move. For the figures currently at the table, the deal is worth a total of €60 million for Conte and that is an amount that has never been equalled for a Napoli boss. In fact, no one has ever come close to that figure.
As of now, Giovanni Manna is carrying out the talks for Conte and parties are ironing out the last few details. Conte wants the club to replace Victor Osimhen quickly and he wants them to keep Khvicha Kvaratskhelia at the club too. Conte also sees Giovanni di Lorenzo an important part of the team and wants Napoli to keep him.
