Serie A side Inter have received a boost in their potential move for Arsenal’s Jakub Kiwior, who has opened up to the possibility of joining the Scudetto holders.
La Gazzetta dello Sport state that Kiwior has now said ‘yes’ to Inter, who have the Polish defender at the top of their shortlist for defensive options. They believe that the ex-Spezia man is the perfect option for their demands in the back three and Simone Inzaghi sees him as a first-choice target.
Ricardo Rodriguez was previously the leading candidate but the club’s ownership has doubts about the Swiss defender, making sure that new leading choice is now Kiwior.
Arsenal have, so far, not opened up to the possibility of a loan deal. But Inter feel that with passing time, the possibility can open up and the Nerazzurri are currently simply waiting for the possibility to arise. A loan deal would help them a lot financially and they are prepared to wait.
