The 25-year-old had joined Forest from German side Stuttgart in the summer of 2022 and he has impressed for the Premier League since then. Gianluca di Marzio has reported that the Belgian midfielder is attracting interest from both Juve and Napoli, who are both monitoring the situation of the 25-year-old Forest man.
Nottingham Forest president Tom Cartledge has also confirmed interest, which has also been reported by Sky in Germany.
The midfielder has made 18 appearances in the Premier League this season, having scored once so far. Last season, he played 27 times in the Premier League, scoring once and assisting once. He is already playing regularly for the Belgian national team, playing 12 times for the side.
Napoli have been linked with midfielders this month and Juve have been linked with the likes of Kalvin Phillips and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, but it remains to be seen if a midfielder arrives.
